Terms of sale: All shortages (including any defects or damage) must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. No returns or exchanges will be honored after 7 days.
- Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns or exchanges.

- All returns will be charged a $15 or 15% restocking fee, whichever is greater. Products must be returned in original purchase condition and packaging. RMAs are valid only for 10 days.
For defective/damaged items, Notebookparts.com will replace the part at no additional cost to the customer provided that we are informed within the above specified period.

MOTHERBOARDS: Please verify the part number of the motherboard you need before ordering. Due to the sensitive nature and cost of motherboards, they can only be exchanged if the item arrives defective. Otherwise, all motherboard sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. However, we will warranty for a period of 90 days any motherboard that we install at our facility. Please email or call us for more information.
Warranty : Unless otherwise stated, a warranty on an item on our website is valid for 30 days from the day of arrival for replacement or repair. Please contact us directly with any warranty questions or fulfillment.

What this means is that, occasionally, the part you receive may not have exactly the same part number as ordered or in the original manufacturers documentation, even if its listed as an original part.
